Public Sectors and Buying Consortiums

FW3 Services is equipped to service the public sector by being a supplier of several buying consortiums. These buying consortiums include the Crescent Purchasing Consortium, which is owned and run by the Further Education Sector, ESPO which is owned by and operating for, the public sector, and the Central Buying Consortium (CBC) which consists of a group of County, Borough and City Councils and is headed up by KCS Professional Services.

FW3 Services is a water cooler and water boiler supplier for Crescent Purchasing Consortium. The Further Education Sector owns and runs this university purchasing consortium. FW3 Services conforms to the purchasing framework of ‘Supply and Distribution of Drinking Water Dispensers and Related Services’, complies with the Public Contracts Regulations and saves you time and money.

Water coolers are also supplied by FW3 for ESPO. ESPO is a professional buying organisation owned by the public sector and specialising in supplying goods and services to the public sector. ESPO services over 20,000 public sector customers and has a wide collection of frameworks to meet a broad range of needs.

Washroom services are additionally provided by FW3 Services through the Central Buying Consortium which is headed up by KCS Professional Services. KCS, or Kent County Supplies are part of Kent County Council and have been established for over 90 years as one of the largest suppliers to publics sectors within the UK. The CBC is a public sector buying organisation designed to make savings in public expenditures to benefit its members. KCS has created a national framework agreement on behalf of the CBC for the supply and delivery of washroom services, which includes FW3 Services as a supplier.

The washroom services supplied by FW3 Services include sanitary waste, sharps bin and nappy bin disposals as well as aircare and hand dryers.
